What conference is this?

BioTechX Europe is Terrapinn’s annual European meeting on data, AI and digital technology in pharma R&D, held October 6–8, 2026 at Messe Basel. It brings together R&D IT, data science, bioinformatics, clinical data and digital leaders from pharma and biotech with the software, AI, cloud and lab-technology companies that serve them, across tracks on AI in discovery and clinical trials, large language models, data integration and FAIR data, digital transformation, bioinformatics and cheminformatics, real-world evidence and imaging.

What is in this guide?

Every organization we can place at BioTechX Europe 2026: 366 speakers from the public program (289 sessions) rolled up to their companies and institutions, plus the 143 sponsors and exhibitors from the public listing and floor plan with their stand numbers where published — 268 organizations in one list. How are organizations typed?

By the role an organization plays in pharma R&D data and technology: drug developers (large pharma and biotech), then the companies around them — software and AI, data, cloud and IT, lab tools and omics, consulting and IT services, CROs and other services — and academic, healthcare, government and non-profit bodies. The topic filters come from the track a session sits in, and for keynotes and start-up pitches from the session’s own title and abstract.
