About the Buying Signals Finder

The Tnuki Buying Signals Finder turns what you sell into a short list of people to contact this week, each with a reason to buy from the last 21 days, and a first email and LinkedIn note written for them.

What is a buying signal?

A buying signal is a recent event that makes someone more likely to buy now. In life science sales the strongest are new money and new work: a lab that just won a grant has budget to spend, a biotech that just raised has teams to equip, and a team that's hiring is growing. Writing while the event is fresh gives you a reason to reach out beyond your product.

Only signals it can date

The finder counts only signals it can date to the last 21 days, so a grant whose fiscal year began months ago doesn't make the list, and if only a few people qualify you get just those. To watch your existing accounts every week instead, see signal-based selling with the Intelligence Brief.

Who it's for

Sales reps and BD teams at life science tools, reagent, instrument, and services companies who want each week to start with people worth contacting.

Frequently asked questions

What is a buying signals finder?
A buying signals finder looks for recent events that make a prospect more likely to buy, like a new grant, a funding round, a new paper, or a job posting, and tells you who to contact because of them. Tnuki's also writes the first email and LinkedIn note for each person.
Which buying signals does it look for?
Newly awarded grants, new funding rounds, papers just published, and new job postings. Each signal is shown with its date and a sentence on why it's an opportunity for what you sell.
How recent are the signals?
Every signal is from the last 21 days. Tnuki only counts a signal it can date to that window, so you never write to someone about old news.
Does it find contact details?
Yes. Each person comes with their title, organization, email, and LinkedIn profile. If an email or profile can't be found, the person stays on the list and Tnuki says so.
Does it write the outreach?
Yes. Each person gets a short personalized first email and a LinkedIn connection note that mention something specific they've done. You can change either one in the chat.
Is it free?
Yes, it's free to try. Say what you sell and Tnuki returns up to 10 people with their signals and outreach in the chat.
