Fees and registration are on the organizer's registration page.

What is AES 2026?

The 2026 Annual Meeting of the American Epilepsy Society (AES), held December 4–8, 2026 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. It is the American Epilepsy Society’s yearly meeting of epilepsy clinicians and scientists — epileptologists, neurophysiologists, nurses and researchers — and its exhibit hall gathers the drug developers, device makers, testing labs and patient organizations that serve them.

What is in this guide?

Every organization exhibiting at AES 2026 so far: 180 exhibitors with their booth numbers from the public floor plan (8 of them also hold an office on the exhibit floor) — 180 organizations in one list, each typed and tagged with up to three focus areas, and a short description for 178.

When is the exhibit hall open?

AES lists the exhibit hall’s show hours as Saturday, December 5, 11:45am–5:30pm; Sunday, December 6, 10am–4pm; Monday, December 7, 10am–2pm (Mountain time), from its own exhibitor page.

Where is the program?

AES publishes its scientific program in its own online meeting planner, which this guide does not read. This guide lists who is exhibiting, from the public exhibit floor plan.

Where does this list come from?

The organizer’s own public exhibit floor plan and the profile each exhibitor published on it — address, website, product categories and a company description. 135 of the 182 exhibitor listings had published a description and 124 a list of product categories; where an exhibitor published none, the short description is condensed from its own website or states what is well established about it. Nothing here requires a login.

How are organizations typed?

By what each organization makes or does for epilepsy care and research: drug developers, EEG, monitoring, neuromodulation and surgical device makers, genetic and diagnostic testing labs, software and data, preclinical research, clinical research and other services — then the patient-advocacy groups, professional societies, hospitals, research programs and government agencies. The focus tags (at most three each) are judged from each exhibitor’s own profile and website.

How current is it?

Pulled from the public floor plan on October 8, 2026. Exhibitors keep signing up until the meeting, so the list will grow.

Why are there no names?

This guide is about which organizations are in the room, not which people. It never publishes a person’s name.
