When and where is SOT 2027?
SOT 2027 Annual Meeting & ToxExpo runs March 14–17, 2027, at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, TX.
What are the SOT 2027 exhibit hall hours?
The exhibit hall is open Mon, Mar 15, 9:00am–4:30pm; Tue, Mar 16, 9:00am–4:30pm; Wed, Mar 17, 9:00am–4:30pm.
Where is the SOT 2027 floor plan?
See the organizer’s interactive exhibit hall floor plan. This guide gives each exhibitor’s booth number.
How do I register for SOT 2027?
Fees and registration are on the organizer's registration page.
What is SOT 2027?
The Society of Toxicology’s Annual Meeting and its exhibit hall, ToxExpo, held March 14–17, 2027 at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio. It brings together about 4,000 toxicologists and safety-assessment scientists from pharma, chemical, agrochemical and consumer-product companies, government and academia with the contract research organizations, testing labs and tool makers that run and support their studies.
What is in this guide?
Every organization exhibiting at SOT 2027 so far: 203 exhibitors with their booth numbers from the public floor plan — 203 organizations in one list, each typed and tagged with up to three product areas, and a short description for 203.
When is the exhibit hall open?
SOT lists ToxExpo’s exhibit hours as Monday, March 15, 9am–4:30pm; Tuesday, March 16, 9am–4:30pm; Wednesday, March 17, 9am–4:30pm (Central time), on its own meeting schedule.
Where is the program?
SOT publishes its 2027 session schedule, with each session’s chairs and speakers, in its online planner; some featured lectures are to be announced in January 2027. This guide lists who is exhibiting at ToxExpo, from the public floor plan; the sessions and the organizations presenting will be added here.
Where does this list come from?
The organizer’s own public exhibit floor plan and the profile each exhibitor published on it — address, website, product categories and a company description. 3 of the 203 exhibitors had published a description and 175 a list of product categories; where an exhibitor published none, the short description is condensed from its own website or states what is well established about it. Nothing here requires a login.
How are organizations typed?
By what each organization sells or does for a toxicologist: contract research organizations and specialist testing labs, suppliers of animal and in vitro models, reagents and instruments, software and AI companies, consultancies and other services, the pharma, chemical and consumer-product companies themselves, and the societies, universities, agencies and publishers. The testing-area tags — regulatory, in vivo and in vitro toxicology, inhalation, genetic toxicology, pathology, in silico and more — are judged from each exhibitor’s own profile, product categories and website, at most three each.
How current is it?
Pulled from the public floor plan on October 17, 2026. Exhibitors keep signing up until the meeting, so the list will grow.
Why are there no names?
This guide is about which organizations are in the room, not which people. It never publishes a person’s name.
