What conference is this?

The SITC Annual Meeting is the yearly meeting of the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer, the professional society for cancer immunotherapy. SITC 2026 — its 41st meeting and pre-conference programs — runs November 4–8, 2026 at the Phoenix Convention Center, bringing together academic and clinical immunotherapy researchers, oncologists, drug developers and the companies that supply them.

What is in this guide?

Every organization we can place at SITC 2026: 188 invited speakers, session chairs, moderators, panelists, lunch-table experts and pre-conference program organizers from the public schedule (106 invited talks across 91 sessions and programs), rolled up to their cancer centres, universities and companies, plus the 132 exhibitors on the floor plan with their booth numbers and the companies hosting sponsored symposia and tech talks — 242 organizations in one list. People appear as credentials, never by name.

Where do the named attendees come from?

From their own public posts. 5 people said on LinkedIn or Bluesky that they will be at SITC 2026, or were named in their organization’s post about it, across 4 posts. Each shows as a short quote from the post, with every person’s name removed, linked to the post itself. Posts that only promote a company, or that never say who will attend, are left out, and so is anyone already on the program.

How are organizations typed?

By the role an organization plays in cancer immunotherapy: universities and research institutes, cancer centres and hospitals, and government and non-profit bodies; pharma and biotech drug developers; then the suppliers — research tools and software, diagnostics, and CROs, other services and investors. Research topics come from each talk’s and session’s own title, or from an exhibitor’s own profile.

How current is it?

Pulled from the public schedule, the exhibitor floor plan and people’s own LinkedIn and Bluesky posts on September 29, 2026. SITC publishes its abstract titles and presenting authors’ institutions on October 2 and late-breaking abstract titles on October 29 — this guide adds them as they appear. Exhibit-hall hours are the poster hall’s published hours.
